    Vice President, Marketing Strategy - New York, United States - JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.

    Description

    Chase Dining, a part of Connected Commerce, is hiring for a new role focused on supporting our partner strategy via experiential, marketing, and dining-related product initiatives. This role will oversee dining-related strategy and activation partner work on behalf of Chase customer products that touch both The Infatuation and Zagat, as well as white label projects.

    As the Vice President of Marketing Strategy, you will support the strategic development, vision, and implementation of dining benefits at Chase customer experiences and partnerships, including The Infatuation's EEEEATSCON food festival, cultural tentpoles, and always-on dining events. If you are a hybrid marketer, have a strategic mindset and will excel at building relationships with stakeholders across various lines of business, including agency partners we would love to hear from you.

    You will report to the Vice President, Dining Strategy, working in our NYC office 3 days a week.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead strategy, proposal development, and collaborative stakeholder thought work surrounding digital and experience-driven dining benefits
    • Pitch, develop, and drive the strategic outcomes of dining-related activations with internal lines of business at The Infatuation's EEEEEATSCON food festival, bringing Chase customer benefits to life that enhance the overall experience for our community
    • Oversee and manage The Infatuation's EEEEEATSCON partner strategy, with oversight of our agency relationship and sponsorship workstream
    • Develop, create, and shape presentation materials including, but not limited to: The Infatuation's EEEEEATSCON, chef & restaurant partnership engagements, customer dining experiences, and dining-related card benefit initiatives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lines of business, and external agency partners to ensure dining-related integrations are laddering up into north star objectives and activated with excellence
    • Engage in working groups, problem solving and brainstorming sessions that prepare analysis to support leadership decision making
    • Contribute to executive communication materials for senior management and present project analyses and recommendations to senior executives
    • Exercise sound judgment, anticipate bottlenecks, evaluate and mitigate potential risks, balance business needs versus technical constraints to drive the execution of strategic initiatives
    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills:
    • 7+ years experience in a marketing or strategy role within a complex and dynamic environment
    • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly storytell using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, etc.
    • Proficiency to identify issues and resolve them with a sense of urgency as a great team player
    • Ability to define and drive a delivery roadmap inclusive of milestone deliveries and the associated status reporting
    • Must be flexible and able to deal with multiple, changing priorities independently with minimal supervision and have the ability to inspire collaboration among teams
    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills:
    • Strategy experience with deep intellectual curiosity, and strong end-to-end generalist problem solving skills
    • Passionate and knowledgeable about the hospitality industry, primarily including restaurants, food & beverage, and travel
    • Passionate and knowledgeable about competitive industries including credit card points, loyalty, and membership rewards programs
    • Management Experience
    • Bachelors degree
