As a
Cleaning Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day cleaning operations to ensure that tasks are completed to our high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient and effective execution of cleaning services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Create and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed within the agreed timelines.
Conduct regular inspections of client sites to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement.
Train and supervise cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and client feedback.
Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the company.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive cleaning protocol for various types of commercial spaces, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.
Order and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring costeffective procurement and timely replenishment.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new cleaning technologies to continuously improve our services.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team of cleaning staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies relevant to various commercial spaces.
Familiarity with health and safety protocols related to cleaning services.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
A passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and a commitment to continuous improvement.
