As a
Cleaning Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day cleaning operations to ensure that tasks are completed to our high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient and effective execution of cleaning services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Create and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed within the agreed timelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of client sites to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and supervise cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and client feedback.
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the company.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive cleaning protocol for various types of commercial spaces, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.
  • Order and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring costeffective procurement and timely replenishment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new cleaning technologies to continuously improve our services.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team of cleaning staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and supplies relevant to various commercial spaces.
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols related to cleaning services.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • A passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and a commitment to continuous improvement.
