As a
Day Supervisor, you will be responsible for handling scheduling, managing inventory, traveling to various accounts as needed, and working closely with the area manager to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:


  • Schedule and manage daily cleaning tasks for assigned accounts.
  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff during daytime shifts.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Maintain open communication with the Area Manager and Night Supervisor.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Travel to various client locations as needed to address concerns or perform inspections.
  • Collaborate with the Night Supervisor to ensure smooth handover of duties and seamless service.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the commercial cleaning industry.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a flexible daytime schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Knowledge of cleaning industry best practices and standards.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
