As a
Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing scheduling, inventory, and traveling to various accounts as needed during nighttime operations.

You will also work closely with the area manager to ensure seamless coordination and operations.

Responsibilities:


  • Schedule and manage daily cleaning tasks for assigned accounts.
  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff during nighttime shifts.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Maintain open communication with the Area Manager and Day Supervisor.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levels.
  • Travel to various client locations as needed to address concerns or perform inspections.
  • Collaborate with the Day Supervisor to ensure smooth handover of duties and seamless service.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the commercial cleaning industry.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a flexible nighttime schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Knowledge of cleaning industry best practices and standards.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
