    Full-Time and in-office/onsite position at our Dallas, TX Office
    Compensation is $80K-$90K + Potential MBO Bonus


    The HR MANAGER is responsible for guiding efforts in and ensuring compliance with all HR related Pharmacy Accreditation and Regulatory Compliance Requirements.

    What you'll do in this role:
    • This position will have supervisory requirements (will oversee the HR Team).
    • Assists with the coaching and guidance to employees and managers regarding employee relation matters, disciplinary action and/or termination of employment.
    • Conducts employee investigations when needed.
    • Collaborates with HR Team to update and maintain overall policies, training, and new hire orientation processes to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
    • Works with management to execute personnel changes and ensure proper paperwork is completed and appropriate team members are communicated with.
    • Update and maintain reports as required.
    • Assists team members and management with questions relating to processes, labor laws, etc.
    • Assists with payroll questions or issues.
    • Manages assigned HR support staff.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of training programs and materials.
    • Collaborates with clinical education to ensure HR compliance requirements are being met.
    • Manages projects as assigned.
    We are looking for a compassionate HR Manager with:
    • Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Bachelor's Degree PREFERRED)
    • Minimum of seven (7) years of Human Resources experience.
    • Must have a minimum of (3) years of Management experience.
    • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification PREFERRED.
    • Prior experience in Healthcare or Pharmacy-related fields.
    • Employee Relations Metrics & Analytics PREFERRED KEY SKILL
    • HR Program and Project Management PREFERRED KEY SKILL
    • HR Policies and Procedures PREFERRED KEY SKILL
    • HR Benefits Administration PREFERRED KEY SKILL
    • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards PREFERRED KEY SKILL
    • Knowledge of Employment Laws (multi-state) a must
