    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team as we expand our operations in the United States.

    As the Senior Accountant for our US subsidiary, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and improving our accounting policies.

    You will also play a role in the larger finance team to drive financial success and contribute to providing strategic guidance to support business growth.

    Your Responsibilities

    Work with the Head of Finance US to:

    • Bring all accounting in house, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local as well as group internal guidelines on control policies.
    • Develop best practice accounting policies and procedures.
    • Manage the month-end and year-end close process.
    • Manage the billing and invoicing process.
    • Prepare annual accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to relevant accounting standards.
    • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the company and financial auditors during audit-related processes.

    Work with the US Finance team to:

    • Prepare monthly financial statements.
    • Analyze financial data.
    • Assist in the budgeting process.
    • Assist in the planning process.
    Your Profile


    • CPA license required.
    • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience, most recently in a similar position and/or in the audit sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
    • Exhibit a hands-on mentality, showing a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
    • Collaborative mindset and approach - willingness to work within a team.
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and able to work independently.
    • Rigorous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
    • Possess an affinity for the digital industry, staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies.
    • Strong communication skills and willingness to be open.
    • Experience with NetSuite preferred.
    • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
