- This role will lead the development and execution of talent strategies in partnership with business leaders. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and be able to translate them into actionable plans that deliver added value. - Operate with autonomy and discretion in a complex and rapidly changing work environment
- Have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of human resources experience in any of the following areas: Business Partner / Talent Strategy Development, Labor relations, Compensation, Benefits & Program Design, Talent Design, HR Technology, Manufacturing
- Proven ability to deliver HR solutions based on analytical insights
- Human Resources experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Experience supporting hourly employee groups / in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, either formal or informal
- You should be willing to relocate within the US
- Pension Plan: Enrollment is automatic and at no cost to you. The basic benefit is a monthly annuity to be paid to you in retirement for the rest of your life.
- Savings Plan: You can contribute between 6% and 20% of your pay and are encouraged to enroll right away. If you contribute at least 6% to your savings plan, the Company will contribute a 7% match.

ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.
