This is a full time position, 8a to 5p, Monday through Friday. This employee will work out of our Pearland location. (Right off of 288, 12-15 minutes from the Medical Center.)

Requirements:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent education (examples include

:

GED, verification of homeschool equivalency, partial or full completion of post-secondary education, etc.)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

2 years billing experience preferred

- dermatology experience preferred, but not required

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED

Billing or Coding certificate preferred, but not required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job, determined through ongoing skills, competency assessments, and performance evaluations.
Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job, especially with regard to activities impacting patient or employee safety or security.
