Kimberly Advertising is a fast growing Sign, LED fabrication/sales and print service company.

We're looking for a results-driven, self-motivated Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects case specifically to industries that are in need of Sign making or LED advertising products.

You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every client in order to boost their top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.


Job Duties:


  • Present, promote and sell our products/services using solid arguments to existing and potential customers
  • Perform costbenefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to best meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and customers in orderly fashion
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience in preferably in B2B sales
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback and criticism
  • Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
  • High school diploma/GED or higher
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Chinese preferred but not required

Additional Compensation:

  • Commission
  • Bonuses

Pay:
$20, $45,000.00 per year

  • High school or equivalent (preferred)
