Our Client is an industry leading manufacturer of custom fabric structures across a wide range of industries nationwide.

Industries supported - Aviation / Energy / Construction / Maritime / Military


They're looking to expand their footprint and are needing a Sales Professional based in the Houston, TX area to cover the Texas and Louisiana regions.


Ideally we're looking for a consultative sales professional who has a background in construction/architecture or engineering who is able to work with clients to visualize and develop a custom solution that actually works for their needs.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Identify and locate new customers through a variety of methods, including trade shows, networking, and cold calls.
  • Assist with resolving customer satisfaction issues related to production, shipping, and postsale activities.
  • Interface with a diverse customer base comprised of business owners, procurement officers, distributors, and members of the general public.
  • Periodically report results, status of accounts and leads to management.
  • Communicate customer requirements to internal & external stakeholders.
  • Use sales and negotiation skills to meet quotas established by management.
  • Assist in creating regional marketing campaigns including literature, direct mail and web content.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:


  • Competent in Micro-Station and Auto-CAD (onthejob training provided).
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings, proposals, and contracts.
  • Must have knowledge of product and fabrication process (onthejob training provided).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong timemanagement skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Team player; ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Some travel to meet customers and attend trade shows is required.
  • Ability to function well in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
$75, $95,000.00 per year
