    About the Job:

    • Position: Outreach Specialist at GuildCare's Adult Day Health Care Program
    • Location: Manhattan (part-time, 21 hours per week)

    The ideal candidate will be energetic and self-sufficient, responsible for promoting the GuildCare program and recruiting Medicaid-eligible clients in need of adult day health care services. This involves conducting visits and presentations at community centers, healthcare agencies, etc., and securing appropriate referrals.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate degree in human services preferred
    • Experience in outreach or marketing
    • Familiarity with local community services and strong customer service and computer skills required
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
    • Healthcare experience is preferred
