- Process bi-weekly payroll, ADP RUN
- Maintain benefit plans and payroll deductions
- Support annual benefits open enrollment
- Work closely with the company's benefits broker
- Manage leave plans
- Manage 401k plan and payroll contributions, ADP
- Document and revised HR and benefits policies as needed
- Manage company liability insurance policies with owner
- Assist Finance Dept expense reporting and analysis
- Assist with workers compensation insurance administration
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Administrative: 3 years (Preferred)
- Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
- US work authorization (Preferred)
- 30-35 hours per week
- Paid Vacation
