    Description

    Community Health Development Partners (CHDP) is a community focused, quickly growing organization seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote CHDP's broad range of services including healthcare, fitness and co-working.

    Requirements

    • Oversee the development and maintenance of CHDP's portfolio of companies' brand identity and messaging
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising
    • Coordinate and manage marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
    • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and tactics
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
    • Manage and maintain marketing materials, including collateral, presentations, and website content
    • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
    • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex marketing challenges.
