Community Health Development Partners (CHDP) is a community focused, quickly growing organization seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote CHDP's broad range of services including healthcare, fitness and co-working.
Requirements Oversee the development and maintenance of CHDP's portfolio of companies' brand identity and messagingAssist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertisingCoordinate and manage marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high qualityConduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and tacticsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaignsMonitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimizationManage and maintain marketing materials, including collateral, presentations, and website contentManage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectivelyStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related fieldStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to think strategically and creatively to solve complex marketing challenges.
