    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with multi-discipline teams to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth and brand awareness.
    • Design, write, edit, and deploy marketing materials, such as proposals, brochures, award submissions, presentations, advertisements, trade show collateral, and promotional items that accurately represent our brand.
    • Manage social media and web platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring analytics, and responding to inquiries and comments.
    • Plan and execute an internal communications strategy that enhances our internal conversations, promotes two-way communication and feedback, and increases employee and client retention.
    • Manage internal and external- gift programs, coordinate with vendors, and maintain internal product inventory.
    • Interview staff to draft resumes and project sheet descriptions.
    • Work in conjunction with team members to plan and manage company events and activities.
    • Presents design ideas and recommendations to design and management teams.
    • Stay up to date with the latest marketing and communications trends and emerging technologies.
    • Assist the Director of Business Development and management with other related duties, as needed.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Superb graphic design skills required.
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) required.
    • Knowledge of APA writing style required.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Wordpress or related softwares.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, advertising, communications, graphic design, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
    • At least three years of marketing or communications experience required.
    • Related experience in Architectural, Engineering, Construction (AEC) Industry marketing preferred.
