Your responsibilities:

  • Support in the area of network billing SLP
  • Execution of network usage fee billing
  • Continued processing of unfinished tasks
  • Processing of complex billing structures

Your profile:

  • Very good knowledge of processes in the areas of complex billing structures (heat pump cascades, etc. / balancing / delivery note / INVOIC / mME, iMSYs)
  • Processing of SBE and activities (SBE = coordinator decisions, activities = inquiries from suppliers/internal departments with tasks for further processing)
  • Cleansing of master data according to specifications
  • Support for 2nd level, 3rd level, service provider management
  • Preferably SAP knowledge (CRM/ISU)
  • Independent work (after training period)
  • Hybrid work model possible
