We are looking for dedicated employees (m/f/d) to join our sales team in Yetter, IA.

Your role will be to maintain relationships with our prospects, identify potential clients, and provide them with strategic advice regarding their business goals.

Your responsibilities:


  • Conducting telephone prospecting for potential clients
  • Conducting initial consultations to assess their needs
  • Documenting calls in the system
  • Preparing and following up on appointments with our strategy consultants
  • Strategic cold calling
  • Attending events, seminars, trade shows, etc. to acquire new clients

Your qualifications:


  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Persuasive and quickwitted
  • Highly disciplined
  • Willingness to continue learning and developing skills
  • Ability to adhere to existing processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent German language skills
