    Job Title:
    Human Resources Field Manager

    A unique opportunity is available to join Kalera as a Human Resources Field Manager in Orlando, FL. This position plays a crucial role in Employee Relations and HR Generalist functions to support Kalera's employees, leaders, and HR departments across the country.


    Main Responsibilities:

    • Employee relations
    • Performance management
    • Leadership development
    • Recruiting
    • Onboarding
    • Policy implementation
    • Benefits and compensation
    • Employee engagement activities

    Regular travel to various Kalera office locations is required to ensure successful implementation of HR initiatives.


    Key Duties:

    - Ensure fair and ethical employment practices
    - Provide HR support to achieve high levels of employee engagement and morale
    - Consult internal stakeholders and offer solutions aligned with company objectives
    - Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns
    - Collaborate with legal representatives and management on HR matters

    - Manage HR functions and programs locally and in assigned business units
    - Support recruitment and onboarding processes
    - Assist with employee relations issues, performance management, and benefits enrollment

    - Maintain HR records and provide onsite employee support
    - Contribute to employee engagement programs and special events


    Requirements:
    - 5+ years of HR experience
    - Expertise in HR Generalist and Employee Relations roles
    - Strong change management skills
    - Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field
