    Job Description
    We are seeking candidates with commercial project experience to work in the Greater Washington area.

    The successful candidate will have a Sales, Estimating or Project Management background, preferably in the industrial furniture, steel-case or flooring industries, at some point in his/her career.

    Whether you are an experienced Project Manager or someone just setting off on a Field Estimating career, we have opportunity aplenty

    An Experienced Project Manager will have these skills/an up and coming Estimator will want to develop these skills:


    • At least 5 years of sales or project management experience
    • Experience with AutoCAD or related software for calculating quantity estimates and developing accurate material takeoffs
    • Expertise in managing RFPs, bids, ..
    • Fluency in Spanish a Plus
    • Knowledge of Apartment Community operations a Plus
    *Tremendous and proven organizational and communication techniques
