- Create relationships with clients and guide them through the case process from intake to settlement
- Formulate treatment plans for clients ensuring they are receiving the best possible care
- Monitor cases by verifying client attendance; observing, evaluating and communicating treatments and responses; advocating for needed services and entitlements; obtaining additional resources; intervening in crisis; providing the utmost professional support
- Maintain client records by reviewing case notes; logging events and progress
- Communicates client progress by conducting weekly interdisciplinary meetings and evaluations.
- Request medical records, mail, scan and track government claim forms and manage the resolution of property damage claims
- Draft legal documents such as letters of representation and preservation of evidence
- Ensure client file is complete for demand and potential litigation
- Maintain client confidence by keeping client/attorney information confidential
- Bachelor's degree preferably in criminal justice, sociology, or related studies preferred but not mandatory
- 1-3 years of case manager (pre-litigation) experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent telephone customer service etiquette and support
- Superior time management and capable to handle multiple cases at once
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening and written) and effectively organized
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace
- CASEpeer legal management software experience a plus
- Team-oriented and independently capable
- A strong desire to expand knowledge of personal injury law
- Pay starting at $23
