    As a Repossession Team Lead, you will work with the Repossession Manager by leading a team of Repossession Specialists to ensure the team meets or exceeds their individual and group goals.


    Schedule:
    Monday-Friday (8am -5pm)


    Pay:
    $67,000 - $75,000/yr. Based on Experience

    What will you be doing?


    • Review Queues Daily to ensure repossession orders are being processed correctly.
    • Communicate the teams and individual daily goals to all team members.
    • Ensure clients are updated on orders in a timely and professional manner.
    • Help to maintain a professional working atmosphere among team members.
    • Ensure ACERTUS policies are followed.
    • Manage customer service escalations from clients, repossession agents and impound yards.
    • Ensure that there is adequate coverage on the floor to maintain Client SLA's.
    • All other duties as assigned by management.
    What are we looking for?


    • Minimum 1 year of experience leading small teams
    • Associate degree or equivalent office work experience
    • Minimum of 2 years Repossession or Impound experience preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, JIRA, and other general office equipment.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Ability to map out processes to gain efficiency.
    • Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
    • Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work and multi- task.
    • Knowledge of the Repossession and/or Impound process.
    • Create and implement employee corrective goal planning.
    • Ability to schedule employees to maintain effective coverage.
