Job Summary:
Sales CoordinatorUnder the direct supervision of the Area Sales Leader, the Sales Coordinator provides administrative, marketing and sales support to the Mortgage Consultants "MC" and/or Branch or Sales Managers.
Regular, predictable and dependable attendance is essential to satisfactory performance of this job.Essential Responsibilities:
Performs filing, typing, data entry and various other clerical and administrative duties as assignedSupport marketing efforts which include preparing marketing materials, identifying customer prospects, identifying market trends preparing and assembling sales materials and/or other literatureAnswer client inquiries on behalf of the MC regarding loan activityMonitor loan progress and follow up on outstanding items.
Follows up with customers and vendors to ensure that files are completeOrders credit report, appraisal and condo questionnaire. Coordinate with third-party vendors such as appraisers and title companies. Input loan application data into our system accurately and efficiently.
Conducts cursory, "pre-processing" review of loan file based on checklist, including loan and/or credit analysis to ensure loan file is in approval order for submission to underwritingCompletes set-up instructions which include reviewing borrower's documentation, such as pay stubs, credit reports, bank statements and W2's for accuracy and compliance to underwriting guidelinesPerforms any additional follow-up required to assure closing date is met, including but not limited to, contact with title companies, insurance companies, branch closing department and customers, and performs post-closing follow-up as requiredMust comply with industry-related regulations, requirements and state/federal laws as applicable to the job duties of this positionPerforms other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
These specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum requirements. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in mortgage lending or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detailCANVA or similar platform experience preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan origination software.
Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and guidelines is a plus.
