A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COMMUNITY COORDINATOR
As our Community Coordinator, you will support and assist our Community Association Managers (CAMs) in providing superlative service to your assigned associations. You will be an integral part of our Association Management Team as one of the first points of contact for homeowners, residents, and vendors. You will perform a wide range of administrative duties including answering phones/addressing concerns/directing as appropriate, creating and following up on correspondences/work orders/other requests, maintain and updating association records/owner portals/gate access, and any other task assigned. As a Community Coordinator, you will possess the ability to think on your feet while employing conflict resolution strategies and suggesting creative solutions that result in a high level of client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN COMMUNITY COORDINATOR
Are you confident and self-motivated? Do you have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written? Are you energetic and outgoing? Do you have a sense of urgency to get things done and address issues? Are you friendly and welcoming with exceptional interpersonal skills? Do you have a strong work ethic and thrive in a faced paced environment? Are you loyal and trustworthy? Do you take on tasks with a high degree of attention to detail and quality?
