    What you bring to the table

    Envision seeks a Client & Community Coordinator to join our growing Marketing and Sales team. As a Client & Community Coordinator, you will support the team throughout Envision's sales, diversity/inclusion, and culture initiatives.

    The ideal candidate for this position is someone who excels in providing essential support, demonstrating outstanding communication and organizational skills. As a valued member of our Sales & Marketing and Community Engagement teams, your support will meaningfully contribute towards our initiatives, supported by a collaborative team environment.

    Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Supporting Envision's sales & client relations efforts by:

    • Assisting the team with conducting client outreach through phone and email follow-ups
    • Sending proposals and presentations to clients promptly
    • Maintaining and updating internal and client information within Envision's CRM software to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Scheduling client meetings
    • Coordinating client-related events
    • Identifying and developing proposals and presentations as required

    Supporting Envision's diversity initiatives across our construction projects by:

    • Assisting with partner follow-up activities
    • Attending meetings and documenting meeting minutes
    • Assisting the Community Engagement team in the coordination of community outreach events

    Contribute to the organization of internal and external team events by:

    • Coordinating with team members and external partners for successful event execution
    • Contributing to event planning meetings and brainstorming sessions
    • Communicating event updates to team members and external partners through Google Calendar and Envision's internal communication software
    • Providing on-site assistance during events, ensuring smooth operations
    • Conducting post-event surveys and evaluations and summarizing feedback for improvement
    • Serve as a liaison between the Envision brand, our team members, and the community
    • Be a team player, solutionist, and humble
    • Support the entire Envision team wherever needed

    Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

    • College graduate is preferred but not required
    • Experience in a support role completing administrative work and/or event coordination is preferred but not required
    • Proficiency in office software, such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) or Microsoft Office
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Proficient in email etiquette
    • Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

    Physical Demands:

    Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment; occasionally ascends/descends ladders and stairs; occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions; may move items up to 50Ibs; constantly communicates with subcontractors, vendors, and other members of the project team; ability to adhere to consistent and timely attendance.
