    Job Title: Receptionist

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Answer and screen incoming telephone calls in a courteous manner.
    2. Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company's products or services.
    3. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
    4. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for conference rooms and company executives.
    5. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
    6. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
    7. Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when necessary.
    8. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent.
    2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    3. Professional appearance and demeanor.
    4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
