PaFex was founded in March 2018 in Landsberg am Lech, and since then we have been satisfying our customers daily with our high-quality photovoltaic systems.

We primarily operate in the Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg regions. In the second quarter of 2023, we plan to expand nationwide.


Due to the high demand for our services and the expected increase in renewable energy projects, thanks to the German government's climate protection package, we anticipate a continued increase in orders.


For this reason, we are looking for at least 20 new sales/field representatives or customer advisors in the Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg regions.


Each month, we will provide you with approximately 50 phone numbers of interested customers who are waiting for your call to schedule a personal appointment.

These customers are located within a 200 km radius of your place of residence.


During the personal appointment, you will work with the customer to assess their home, determine the necessary photovoltaic system, plan the installation, and secure the sale.

Our team is made up of individuals with diverse experiences. We are confident that you will quickly feel at home with us. Everyone is very helpful and sociable, creating a pleasant working atmosphere every day. PaFex and our partners are future-proof companies.


Our well-trained staff will provide you with 3 days of training, 4 hours each day, to become a confident and competent salesperson.
