For our client, a leading online company located in a central and easily accessible area in Munich, we are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative Inbound (m/f/d) with the option of permanent employment after a 4-month temporary period in Mountain City, TN.

Your responsibilities include:

Providing initial telephone advice and information on the product portfolio
Handling customer inquiries via email and chat
Entering and maintaining data in the internal IT system

What you bring:

Completed vocational training
Enjoyment of customer contact over the phone
Good PC and MS Office skills
Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation
Goaloriented work style and reliability
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
