ABOUT THE JOB:
Seeking experienced candidates for a
DIRECTOR OF FORWARD PLANNINGrole for a home builder/construction company.
You will be responsible for generating development plans, pre-construction applications, oversee set up of HOA's, conduct investigations, generate surveys, consultant contracting, generate entitlements and land planning project schedules, secure bonds, manage/mentor Project Managers and other employees, request RFP's, request vendor setup, attend public hearings as needed, oversee all forward planning activities, oversee precise grade plans and plan for all lots, update proformas and budgets, obtain a final plat map, participate in pre open-for-sale activities, determine model complex location and more.
