The Komm Logistik GmbH, with its 100 employees, is a medium-sized, family-owned company in its third generation, located in the GVZ Berlin-Süd (Großbeeren).

For over 75 years, the company has been implementing effective, demand-oriented and pioneering logistics concepts with its customers.

In line with the customers' goals, Komm Logistik pursues and fulfills jointly defined objectives in the national and international logistics sector.

In addition to modern vehicles, Komm Logistik offers technically sophisticated equipment, customer-specific and high-quality value-added logistics, as well as storage options, quality controls, picking and consulting services in the areas of customs and transport packaging.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the operational support of our customers
Planning and dispatching of orders
Processing of shipments using our IT system
Monitoring the progress of our distribution and procurement shipments using the inhouse IT system and independently responding to deviations according to our quality standards
Point of contact for general shipment inquiries and any complaints, independently finding customeroriented solutions
Independent calculation and negotiation of daily rates for individual shipments and determination of the corresponding shipping route
Working in a team

Qualifications:

Vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable commercial qualification with experience in the freight forwarding industry
Ideally several years of experience in handling consolidated cargo or truck forwarding
Good IT skills (Outlook, Word and Excel, and willingness to familiarize oneself with our forwarding software)
