As a Customer Success Associate, you are an integral part of our customer service and the heart of Picnic.

Your important role is to continuously delight our customers and work together with the team to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

With this mission in mind, you handle every inquiry with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.

Through various channels, you communicate personally and individually with each customer, contributing to numerous positive customer experiences with your well-coordinated team.
