    Job DescriptionPatient Service Rep

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Patient Service Rep for our healthcare client in Seattle, WA. This role will be a contract opportunity and 100% onsite in the South Seattle area. This role will be focused on supporting patients in scheduling appointments, updating patient demographics, and answering any general inquiries and/or providing next steps for inquiries they have. This will be a high-volume, phone call opportunity and applicants must feel comfortable giving a great customer service experience over the phone.

    Requirements
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Minimum 2 years in a medical administrative/healthcare customer service, and/or patient service healthcare role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR Systems required
    • High-volume phone experience required
    Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
    • Able to work in a production-driven environment and be self-motivated
    • Proficiency to work within multiple database systems, including Microsoft Office and EMR Systems
    • Understanding of how to problem-solve efficiently and when to escalate situations as needed
    Pay Details: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
