My name is Kimberley Bradford and love working with people. I can work independently but, I also love to be able to interact in person when possible. Helping people and giving my time is one of my passions along trying to help come to a solution that will benefit or help everyone be happy. I believe when much is given, much is required and that’s a good thin….especially when it comes to customer service in any capacity. I have a total of about 16-20 years experience in customer service altogether both Healthcare, retail, and customer service via phone. I have skills in MS Word, 10-key, 35-50 wpm in typing, and I have used some Excel. I’m outgoing, friendly, very personable, I don’t mind challenges, I can adapt to change, follow directions well and I love people.
