I have a total of about 16-20 years experience in customer service altogether both Healthcare, retail, and customer service via phone. I have skills in MS Word, 10-key, 35-50 wpm in typing, and I have used some Excel. I’m outgoing, friendly, very personable, I don’t mind challenges, I can adapt to change, follow directions well and I love people.
