    How you will make contributions that matter

    The Finance Specialist will be responsible for verifying the validity of customer claims (trade and non-trade deductions) by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade, and customer service departments.

    • Identify potentially invalid deductions and submit disputes (Rebill) to the customer for recovery of funds.
    • Work with Plants and Distribution Centers regarding customer returns and Overage, Shortage, and Damages (OS&Ds).
    • Maintain accurate deduction notes and follow-up in a clear and concise manner.
    • Review and submit supporting documents to the AR Manager on outstanding deductions eligible for write-off, and in compliance with department policies.
    • Establish relationships with Zone Managers, Brokers, customers, and internal personnel to build rapport and help resolve issues relating to deductions and billing discrepancies.
    You are best suited for the role if you have the following experiences, skills, and qualifications
    • High School diploma with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business environment with strong deductions experience and/or credit and collections background preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business environment.
    • Vistek and TPM experience preferred
