    Description
    Job Description

    Work directly with the Department Manager to achieve department productivity and goals

    Accurate and efficient processing of consumer CIP exceptions

    Thorough due diligence reviews for Sole Proprietorship accounts

    Accurate account opening and thorough due diligence review for business accounts

    Accurate and efficient processing of application exceptions for accounts opened through online channels

    Accurate and efficient review of consumer CIP information and sanctions holds for reloadable prepaid cards

    Other duties as assigned

    Operations Specialist only:
    May also be required to train & mentor new department employees

    Position level will be dependent upon external and internal experience


    Physical Requirements:
    Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time

    Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery

    Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

    Requirements

    High School Diploma or Equivalent

    At least 18 years of age

    Banking experience preferred

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

    Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines

    Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized

    Good communication skills

    Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy

    Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
