As an organizational talent, you will support the business processes in each department.

What can you expect from the training? The reason why you will rotate through all commercial departments of Stadtwerke Hameln Weserbergland during your three-year training is that there is no specialization in specific fields or areas.

You will learn the entire range of tasks.

During the practical training, your trainers will teach you all the necessary skills and knowledge for our respective business areas.

Additionally, you will attend the commercial school in Hameln one to two times a week.
