    - Account Coordinator (AC) Role Summary:
    The Account Coordinator is a retail specialist in cosmetics who collaborates with their leader to boost sales in multiple retail locations within a specific territory. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with retailers, training store associates, conducting in-store events, maintaining merchandising standards, executing promotional activities, and driving product launches at Sephora.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Develop territory strategies in collaboration with leadership
    - Track sales performance and identify growth opportunities
    - Participate in meetings and communicate business insights
    - Maintain organization and meet deadlines effectively
    - Provide training support and execute in-store events
    - Implement merchandising guidelines and business reviews with partners

    Requirements:
    - Minimum 1 year of retail sales and training experience at Sephora
    - Ability to travel up to 80% within a designated region
    - Knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and business terms
    - Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    - Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changes

    Working Hours:
    Full-time position with occasional evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

    Travel:
    Up to 80% travel required, with territories subject to change based on business needs

    Administrative Time:
    Includes regional sales, training, communication tasks, and more
