Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as a Full-Time Administrator / Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities:
•Handle administrative duties including data entry, scheduling, and document management.
•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
•Coordinate and communicate effectively with inspectors, clients, and other team members.
•Support the management team with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
•Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document creation and reporting.
•Maintain accurate records and files for efficient retrieval.
Requirements:
•Minimum of 6 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Demonstrated experience in administration work.
•Must successfully pass a 90-day probationary period.
•Previous experience in a home inspection or real estate industry is a plus, but not required
•Must be friendly, positive and attend networking functions on behalf of the company
