  • While traditional HR and payroll providers automate basic HR processes such as payroll and benefits administration, Paylocity goes further by developing tools that HR and businesses need to compete for talent and deliver against the expectations of the modern workforce.
  • In this role, you will be a responsible for providing legal support and business counsel for a broad range of corporate, transactional and business functions.
  • You will also play an important role in shaping policies and processes to help our legal department scale.
  • Lead mergers & acquisitions and other strategic transactions from intake to integration
  • Support corporate development team and other functional groups in all stages of acquisitions, including term sheet negotiations, deal structuring, drafting and negotiating definitive documents, risk analysis, and post-closing integration
  • Provide sound, practical, and strategic legal advice to other corporate stakeholders including finance, tax, accounting, banking, compliance and marketing teams
  • JD required + admission to a state / DC bar
