Job Description
Senior Supervisor, Delivery
The Delivery Senior Supervisor is responsible for maintaining billing and Service Level Agreements (SLA) reporting as well as administrative support to Instructors, Assessors, and Electronic Test Monitors.
This position will require working at the client site in at least one of the aforementioned positions. Candidate should have tangible experience in specific content areas as well a strong attention to detail. Candidate should be comfortable working in a challenging, people focused environment which provides client support around the clock.Candidate can expect to receive calls at all hours and will be expected to execute appropriate problem solving as needed.
