    Description

    Job Description and Duties

    • Position: Accounting Administrator I (Supervisor)
    • Responsibilities:
      • Manage, plan, direct, and control activities of professional and technical staff in Securities Analysis Unit (SAU)
      • Handle accounting duties for securities escheated to State Controller's Office (SCO), Unclaimed Property Division (UPD)
      • Tasks include securities portfolio reconciliation, assisting with security claim payments, and resolving system conversion issues and alerts

    Working Conditions

    • **Free Parking**
    • Position eligible for telework, amount at Department's discretion
    • In-person attendance may be required based on operational needs
    • Ability to report to worksite with minimal notification if urgent need arises

    Special Requirements
