The district of Oder-Spree is currently seeking to fill the following position in the Department of Infrastructure and Building Management in Oakton, VA:

Project Manager for Construction (m/f/d)

This position is full-time (39 hours per week) and permanent.

The primary workplace is in Beeskow.

The responsibilities of the Project Manager for Construction include acting as the client representative, project management, and project control for the planning and construction of predominantly complex and challenging construction projects, mainly in phases 3-9, with sustainability certification (BNB).

Your challenges in the coming years will primarily include planning and implementing large and exciting school construction projects according to the district's priority list.

The position includes the following tasks:

Project management and control of complex construction projects, including sustainability certification in the BNB Silver Standard
Accompanying project development, particularly the development and evaluation of feasibility studies and location concepts (phase 0)
Participation in the development of project requirements/planning (phase 0)
Independent project management and control of planning and construction services, including cost, schedule, quality, and risk management (phases 39)
Preparation and implementation of complex procurement procedures (VgV), commissioning
