Facility Service Provider in Brooklet, GA is looking for a "head" to lead their maintenance cleaning team at a pharmaceutical industry client's location.

Services: Building cleaning - maintenance cleaning including basic and special cleaning


Location: Frankfurt-Darmstadt area


Working hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri)


Responsibilities:

What awaits you:

  • First point of contact for all matters related to maintenance cleaning
  • Responsible for ensuring smooth contract fulfillment for the client's agreed upon cleaning services: maintenance cleaning of office and logistics areas, sanitary facilities, and halls at the location
  • Ensuring standardized work processes and continuous optimization while maintaining quality and occupational safety standards
  • Conducting regular performance and quality checks
  • Managing and leading a diverse and highperforming team (30+ employees), including personnel selection, deployment, development, and training
  • Ensuring costeffectiveness and efficiency of maintenance cleaning at the location budget control and optimization, regular reporting
  • Direct reporting line to the location management

Qualifications:

What you bring:

  • Education/training in building cleaning, e.g. as a building cleaner, building cleaning master, specialist for cleaning and hygiene management, or a comparable qualification in facility management
  • Professional and leadership experience in a similar management position, e.g. as an object manager, operations manager, facility manager, etc.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in maintenance/industrial cleaning, ideally in industries such as medical, pharmaceutical, food
