We are looking for team leaders (m/w/d) for our location in Manching, Germany.

Challenges for team players:

As a service partner for companies, MEWA rents out not only cleaning cloths, but also representative clothing for various professions: from functional workwear for trades and industries, to fashionable business attire, to protective and hygiene clothing.
After use, the textiles are washed, repaired, and replaced in our facilities before being returned to the customer.
In this context, you will support the shift management in organizing and implementing operational processes in our workwear facility.
As a team leader, you will train, guide, and supervise approximately 30 employees in coordination with your supervisor.
Of course, you will also be handson in all areas of work, ensuring smooth processes and achieving company goals.
And since you are close to the action, you will provide valuable input to the shift management for optimizing production and process technology.
