- Document damaged items, shortages, and mis-shipments.

- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and efficient.

Family-owned and operated for nearly 40 years with terminals in San Diego, Los Angeles, Otay Mesa, and Imperial Counties. We are seeking customer forward, long-term career oriented individuals wanting to grow within our Company and become leaders. While a good attitude is oftentimes more important than experience, candidates with prior air freight, port, and/or logistical experience may have priority consideration.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Compensation: Starting at $20.00 hourly.
Job Status: Full-time.
Schedule: Train and work from MAT LAX Chadron Avenue, Hawthorne, CA Generally Monday through Friday; 8 hours shifts. Weekends and holidays as scheduled and required.
Summary: Provide excellent customer service by verifying pick up and deliveries, dispatching drivers, accurate data entry / record keeping, and professional correspondence (phone and email).
