Description
A Pest & Termite Control company in Gardena is in need of an individual with strong communication and customer service skills to fill a full-time position.
Hours will be 8:00 - 4:30, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday work once fully trained.- Posses strong phone skills with a pleasant phone voice, be able to handle high call volumes and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is not required but is a plus.
- Be a detail oriented and organized person with problem solving skills who is able to go the extra mile for our customers.
- Must be responsible, dependable and a team player with a positive attitude
Duties will include:
- Daily customer billing
- Posting customer payments by recording checks and credit card transactions
- Answering phone calls and assisting customers to identify their needs and offering services to provide a solution
- Providing support to our service technicians with scheduling and contacting customers

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
