Navi was built by nurses for nurses, empowering registered nurse (RN) contractors to rediscover joy in their nursing careers by providing comprehensive care directly to post-surgical, aging, and end-of-life clients.

    Founded in 2021, Navi Nurses has helped hundreds of nurses provide thousands of hours of care across the greater Phoenix area. Navi is hiring our first Account Executive in Phoenix to generate new business across multiple verticals as we scale in preparation for national expansion. You will contribute to the go-to-market operation in a tactical and strategic capacity.

    Role Summary

    Navi Nurses is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as our first Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new leads through outbound prospecting, as well as handling inbound inquiries from prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the home care nursing industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    Outbound Prospecting

    • Identify and prospect potential clients through various lead generation channels (in-person, cold calling, email outreach, networking events, etc.)
    • Conduct targeted research to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities
    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and gather relevant information during discovery about their needs and requirements
    • Drive sales process forward and maintain relationships throughout the full life cycle

    Inbound Lead Management

    • Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
    • Capture detailed and accurate information and schedule appointments for RN Navigators
    • Leverage established sales scripts and prospective client support protocols to improve client conversion, retention, and overall happiness

    General Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices to enhance prospecting and outreach strategies
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Adapt to changing responsibilities, processes, and systems as Navi continues to scale across the US

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 2-4 years of experience in a business development, inside sales, or similar role (preferably within the healthcare or technology industry)
    • Excellent prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and outbound sales experience
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques (e.g., consultative selling, solution selling)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects
    • Familiarity with sales software and tools, e.g. Hubspot, DialPad, ConnecTeam, CharmEMR
    • Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high-volume workload
    • Passion for technology and a desire to contribute to the growth of the company
