    Job Description:


    The Senior Manager role is responsible for planning and operations of Information Technology (IT) systems in support of business operations.

    This is a multi-faceted job that engages multiple teams and organizations across multiple locations and countries.

    It requires the ability to effectively influence, to develop, promote, drive solutions, and stay on desired path to achieve goals.

    Typically, this role oversees one or more team(s) responsible for delivery, implementation, or support of IT solutions.

    Under stand DOE 205.1C and NIST and monitor IT processes, systems, and infrastructure for compliance to these requirements.


    • Manage IT department operational and strategic planning, including business requirements, project planning, organizing, and negotiating the allocation of resource
    • Manage routine and scheduled tasks in a way that meets or exceeds customer expectations
    • Analyze complex business needs presented by the user community and/or clients and recommends technical solutions
    • Partner with IT leadership and team members to identify, develop, and implement solutions that meet business goals
    • Contribute to annual and strategic planning to help align IT with enterprise-level business strategies
    • Apply a comprehensive knowledge of IT best practices in situations involving a high degree of complexity and scope at an enterprise level
