Description
Juggernaut Capital Partners ("JCP"), a Washington, DC-based private equity firm, is seeking a temporary Administrative Analyst to provide administrative and research support for the Managing Directors and to do so in a highly professional and responsible manner.
The individual in this position will also provide back-up for the Executive Assistant as needed and assume responsibilities in her absence for supporting the Firm's Founder.
This position is based in Washington, DC.Specific Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule in-house and client meetings and provide catering and refreshment services as needed
Field and direct calls from clients, vendors, consultants and others and perform follow-ups as needed
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, proposals and other communications as directed, including editing, copying, collating and binding
Produce and prepare materials for weekly Firm meetings
Provide market and company research support to the Managing Directors as directed
Support Managing Directors with ongoing investments processes and fundraising activities as directed, including data import and export using the Firm's CRM software
Open and process incoming mail, prepare and receive overnight deliveries and courier services
Perform other duties as assigned and initiate tasks as needed

Required Education, Attributes & Skills
Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent mix of education and experience
Prior experience in a professional working environment is preferred
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Exceptional organization skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Self-starter, with outstanding work ethic and ability to learn new processes quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat and application of best practices in utilizing Outlook Calendar function
