- Asistir con la coordinación e integración de las operaciones diarias.
- Apoyar en la planificación a corto y largo plazo para la continuidad de las operaciones, seguimiento de entregables, gestión de tareas y asistencia en la gestión de programas, implementando y manteniendo procedimientos operativos estándar aprobados para las oficinas del programa.
- Colaborar en iniciativas de planificación estratégica y prácticas comerciales.
- Ayudar en la planificación, desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos que requieran asistencia en la implementación de organizaciones para respaldar la gobernanza de las operaciones del cliente.
- Documentar eventos importantes de reuniones en un Informe Técnico y mantener una biblioteca de referencia para realizar un seguimiento y administrar acciones, actualizaciones de directivas, versiones en proceso de comandos e instrucciones, entre otros.
- Coordinar reuniones y talleres de intercambio de información entre las partes interesadas en transición científica y tecnológica.
- Administrar un calendario general de eventos de la oficina del programa, así como puntos de contacto primarios y secundarios para cada programa.
- Manejar el inventario de suministros de oficina.
- Mantener información corporativa fácilmente recuperable para apoyar la planificación y toma de decisiones programáticas en tiempo real.
- Presupuesto del Presidente a través de Programas de Defensa de Años Futuros (FYDP).
- Documentos de Requisitos Operativos.
- Modelos de Desarrollo e Integración de Negocios.
