- Proficiency in desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.

- Address user inquiries and offer timely technical support through various channels.
- Aid end-users in resolving hardware and software issues.
- Set up, configure, and update desktop systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
- Ensure systems are current with the latest software patches and updates.
- Diagnose and fix hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
- Upgrade and replace hardware components as needed.
- Work with the IT team to address and resolve complex technical problems.
- Communicate effectively with end-users and escalate issues as necessary.
- Apply security measures to protect computer systems and data.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards.
- Keep accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and hardware/software inventory.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting, and user guides.
